阿强（徐少强饰）和阿辉（刘家辉饰）是一对自幼练习拳击的好朋友。长大后两人则走上不同的道路：阿辉勤奋用功，当上了警察；阿强在自由搏击大赛中杀死对手，终身禁赛，在此之后便进入一个国际杀手组织。 厌倦了血雨腥风、杀人如麻的生活，阿强决定金盆洗手，却遭到了老大楚先生（楚原饰）的暗算和追杀。逃亡途中，他被阿辉的妹妹解救，随后来到老朋友家养伤。在此期间，阿强和女孩逐渐产生感情，阿辉却偶然间得知了朋友真正的身份，他由此陷入深深的矛盾之中。另一方面，组织发现阿强的藏身之地，派出杀手尾随而至……。该节目中邀请家庭收纳高手来拯救家里的“乱室”，教授折叠神技、分类秘诀，让闲置物品体面“收场”。。At the time of the Polish social regime, a security officer is promoted to work at a prison yard.
