The film follows the title character (Jonigkeit) as he navigates his search for a moral center, after an act of compassion upends his life. Looking to authority figures he encounters along the way — including his eventual cellmate, Gene (LaBeouf) — Henry’s journey leads him down a road of manipulation and ethical uncertainty.。保健品老板李勇，因病人等原因选择与黑帮头目合作走私仿制药，但病人两面三刀联合其他病人背叛他，李勇被捕，病人们集体抗议，最后李勇与正版药公司进行谈判，正版药公司决定降低售价，皆大欢喜。
