该剧为韩国MBC电视台于1971年至1989年播出的国民电视剧《搜查班长》的前传剧，以1958年为背景，讲述朴英汉（李帝勋饰）在正式成为“搜查班长”前与同事们热血办案的前传故事。。这是一座已经倾斜得很严重的古佛塔，历时7个月的艰难施工，终于让它重获新生，随着佛塔浮出地面的过程，一个关于云南的旷古传奇也随之大白于天下。。A bar in the middle of nowhere.
