本片根据真实人物改编。第一次来到西藏工作的老孔（宋洋饰），急需一个翻译，机缘巧合下，找到了在内地读过书的久美（金巴饰）。两个人从互相矛盾到彼此理解，最终成为了一生的朋友……。电影讲述了30出头的平面设计师徐英(千禹熙饰)由于患有耳鸣症和头晕症状，再加上自己是非正式员工和与家人之间的问题等不安因素，在42楼高层办公室工作对她非常艰难。虽然与在公司内很受欢迎的镇秀(刘太旿饰)享受着甜蜜的办公室恋情，但这一关系也同样岌岌可危。某一天，徐英与在都市楼群里像蜘蛛侠般单靠着一根绳的男人(郑在光饰)隔着玻璃窗互相对望，渐渐地这个男人开始抓住她疲惫的心。。Oshii Mamoru has long been celebrated for his achievements in anime (Patlabor the Movie, IFFR 2000) and live-action cinema (Avalon, IFFR 2002)| his work has been regularly showcased in Rotterdam since 1996.
