The film describes the events leading up to, and including, the massacre of the adults of a small town in Nebraska by their children, after the adults' irresponsibility ruins the crop and the children's future.。中北大学大一新生的夏汤媛靠着“死缠烂打”如愿成为了女子冰壶队的一员，和传闻中的“天才少女”韩心妍及队员谢北北、汤大蕾组成了四人女子冰壶队。在赵教练的带领下，沉寂已久的中北女子冰壶队重新燃起团魂，向着共同的目标努力。然而成队后第一场友谊赛的失利，让冰壶队又一次陷入了困境……。
