She is exhausted, frustrated, and wants to go home to see her family. She plans a silent protest to not attend the graduation...。一个潦倒半生的女孩玛雅有天得知自己在乡下原来有间大屋，于是想借着卖屋大赚一笔。但当她与好友阿丁回到这条偏远的村落时，却发现人烟稀少怪事重重，更浑然不知村民一直在找她，为的就是杀死她来解除肆虐多年的恶咒。在她奋力逃生之际，自己的身世之谜亦慢慢浮面….。女孩向美兰是“山窝窝飞出的金凤凰”，有着一份令人艳羡的爱情和前程。为毕业设计，她和富二代男友回到山乡，目睹美丽乡村的日渐凋敝，选择留下来将古民居改造成“乡村民宿”。创业路上，她遭遇封建迷信的干扰，传统势力的阻碍，村民的误解和爱情的波折，历经磨难，将乡村文明与都市文明相融合，令古老的山村重焕生机。。
