Elsa has lived her life ...。故事讲述了何洛（雷皓翔饰）一直会梦到陈经年（田峻彰饰）和一些与自己原本无关的事情。苏嘉宜（王游方饰）因为表白沈陆生（陈清奇饰）被拒绝后和何洛签订情侣契约，无意间发现了何洛一直想要守护的秘密而被何洛意外杀害。沈陆生希望通过医生专家江瀚（苏劲源饰）来帮助何洛恢复记忆，却没有想到江瀚使用了自己研制的药物计划，让陈经年重新活成了何洛。何洛通过和沈陆生的接触最终发现原来自己就是陈经年，是当初陈经年发生火灾后失去了记忆和原本的样貌。。妹妹孟霜被宋岩欺骗割腕自杀，与妹妹相依为命的姐姐孟雪化名孟芸决心为妹妹复仇，刻意接近宋岩的未婚妻陆瑶并成为其闺蜜。当得知陆瑶将与宋岩结婚，孟芸精心策划的复仇计划正式开启。她在新装修的别墅内设计了暗室，与男友高航上演了一场“假绑架”。。
