《心语阳光》以残疾人事迹为故事原型，从残疾人内心出发，讲述了残疾人自强不息、身残志坚的故事和令人钦佩、催人奋进的精神。。辉（张卫健）和健（吴刚）是在泰国长大的好友，辉热衷于赌术，健醉心打拳。两人因生活所迫，逃至香港，途中结识少女芳（关秀媚），芳对辉产生情愫。三人寄居健的姨妈家，表妹对健一见倾心。辉在赌王张啸天赌场做事，少爷张明（江欣燕），原来就是辉和健在泰国有一面之缘的梦中情人夏小雪，辉和健向明展开追求，卷入家族争斗中。辉被逼离开香港，从而成为广州赌王。倪俊杰（欧阳震华）为父报仇，设计害死张啸天。辉和健助明报仇，一场恶战即将展开。。Last days of 1941 summer, the era of Obligation, during the famine atmosphere of the Second World War.
